Finding the right fit matters with a fidget ring. Too loose and it slips, too snug and it won't spin freely. Use the chart below to find your size, then check the measurement for the ring you love.

Our measurements
We measure every ring when it arrives, because some styles run a little large for their labelled size. Here's what we measured (inside diameter, mm):
| US size | AU & UK | Standard (mm) | Worry Beads | ShimmerFrost | Halo | Stainless bands |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | J½ | 15.7 | 16.0 | – | – | – |
| 7 | N½ | 17.3 | – | 17.3 | 17.3 | – |
| 8 | P½ | 18.1 | 19.0 | 18.1–19.0 | – | – |
| 10 | T½ | 19.8 | – | 20.0 | – | – |
| 11 | V½ | 20.6 | – | 21.0 | – | 21.0–22.0 |
| 12 | Y | 21.4 | – | – | – | 22.0 |
| 13 | Z+1 | 22.2 | – | – | – | 21.0–23.0 |
Three Breaths is adjustable. It ships at 17–18mm (US 7–8) and opens or closes gently from there.
How to measure
- Using a ring you already own: measure straight across the inside, edge to edge, in millimetres. Match it to the inside diameter column.
- Using your finger: wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Match it to the circumference column.
- Between sizes? Choose the larger one. Fingers swell a little in warm weather and at the end of the day.
